  • I will always communicate with my clients, co-workers, other artists, and the studios I work with.

  • I will always endeavour to be on time for appointments and meetings, and I will usually be set up and ready for clients when they arrive for a tattoo.

  • Questions about the tattooing process are always welcome, at any stage.

  • I will always provide a safe space for clients to be tattooed. Tattooing is about consent, comfort, and self-expression. Your wants and needs as a client regarding the design and placement of a tattoo will always be respected and encouraged.

  • I have zero tolerance for fascism, sexism, racism, ableism, fatphobia, homophobia, transphobia, or hateful ideology of any kind. If you identify with any of these principles you are not welcome in my studio.

  • If I am endangered by a client, co-worker, other artist, or studio, I will cease contact and I will not be liable to return any deposit or pay any pre-arranged fees. I will not tolerate inappropriate conduct in this industry. I encourage others in this industry to speak out against prejudice and harrassment when it occurs.

  • Every client must complete a consent form when attending a studio appointment. These forms require you to disclose some personal and medical information in adherence with standard regional tattooing laws. If you have any questions regarding the information on this form please contact me directly and I will provide a copy of the document ahead of the appointment. I will ask you directly during the appointment whether you have any medical issues I need to be conscious of during the session; for example any problems with the skin in the area to be tattooed, any blood diseases, if you regularly become light-headed, etc. You will also have to provide ID to prove you are over the age of 18.

  • Every client must pay a deposit of ยฃ50 to book an appointment at my studio. This deposit cost may increase when I travel for a guest spot due to variable studio rent fees. This deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new appointment time/date if you cancel with more than 72 hours notice.   • Please let me know well in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your tattoo appointment. I am open to rearranging the appointment for a more suitable time and date. In this case you will not need to pay a new deposit, as the original deposit can be transferred. If you cancel your appointment I cannot refund your deposit. If you cannot attend your appointment on short notice, please give me as much warning as possible. I understand that it is not always possible to provide more than a few hours notice in unavoidable or emergency circumstances. If you 'no-show' (don't show up to your appointment without any warning) then I am liable to keep your deposit and I am less likely to book you again in future, as my time, effort, and supplies will have been wasted, and this affects me financially.
